Looking for a (decent) hotel nearest the East end of the trail.
Also, any new updates on the trail completion?? Haven't seen any new info on here for a while. Hope to do the back to back 100's as soon as she's complete!! Thanks! Don |

Decent hotels in Smyrna? There is a Holiday Inn about 1/2 mile from the Silver Comet Connector on South Atlanta Rd. that is clean and comfortable (not fancy). My parents stay there when they come to visit. There are plenty of "nice" hotels in the Cumberland Mall area including the Sheraton.

The Silver Comet Connector trail is pretty well complete all the way from mile 0 of the Silver Comet to Cumberland Mall. Adjacent to that trail are a
Fairfield Inn and a La Quinta at the corner of Paces Ferry and Spring Hill Pkwy. These would be about 3.5 miles from mile 0 of the Silver Comet. On
Cumberland Parkway there is a Hampton Inn. This would be about 5 miles out. At the back of Cumberland Mall there is a Marriott Courtyard. This would be
about 5.3 miles out on the Silver Comet Connector.
