fairly flat bypass leaving out of Rockmart. I am thinking about riding out on Morgan Valley Rd. then taking Antioch Rd. into Cedartown. Is this a good route? I

			<description><![CDATA[ Well, it has been a long time since I used my tandem. In a fit of garage cleaning, I told my oldest son he could post it on Craigslist. My youngest son and I
used to do the trail on a Cannondale mountain bike with a trail-a-bike attached. We put in a lot of miles and had a great time. Along the way, I picked up an
old Fiore tandem bike. Just a steel bike made in China, with all of 5 (or 6?) speeds. Still, it had 2 water bottle carriers and a cool rack on the back.

are but I am going to attempt to skate the entire trail in September in 1 day and that will require me to start on the Weaver end at 5 am skating the first 2

			<title><![CDATA[ We Rode the Chief Ladiga ]]></title>

			<description><![CDATA[ My wife and I had a chance to ride the length of the Chief Ladiga Trail.  The trail is beautiful...especially the stretch from Piedmont to the AL state line. 
The Eubanks Welcome Center in Piedmont had a friendly staff and nice cool air conditioning.  We saw plenty of rabbits and a horse right next to the trail. 
Many friendly users of the trail were out as well.  We will be making a contribution to the foundation based on our positive experience and the obvious care to
maintain it.

			<description><![CDATA[ This forum used to be really active years ago, when the trail just started out. A bunch of groupies started taking over the forum and turned it into a very
hostile place for alot of people. I notice that these people have all since  disappeared, but so have all the other people that just wanted to have civilized
discussions about using the Silver Comet.   Very sad, that what could have been great for many people was ruined by a few.

side of Cedartown. We had 5 flats on 3 bikes, all within a mile or two of these locations. Fortunately we all had spare tubes and/or patch kits, so we were
